Dallas City Guide: La Ventana

Traveling to new cities, trying new restaurants, and exploring local favorites are some of my favorite things to do with my husband. Sometimes we get so caught up in planning trips to other states and countries that we forget to explore our own city! Luckily for me, after an afternoon of shooting blog outfits in the crazy Dallas heat, my photographer introduced me to one of the cutest local hot spots in downtown Dallas: La Ventana. From their amazing street tacos to their delicious margaritas (so I hear), you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. However, the two must haves for your first trip in my opinion are their churros & elote! Oh. My. Word. They were to die for! The churros satisfied my preggie sweet tooth and the elote had just the perfect amount of heat to it!
