Y’all, is this not the cutest eyelet dress? I love the tie waist to help give you a womanly figure and the midi length is right on trend! I know what you’re thinking though – why would I invest in an eyelet dress when Fall is right around the corner? I can give you multiple reasons with the first one being that this dress is only $35! How can you pass that up?
My second reason would be that the whole “don’t wear white after labor day” rule has been thrown out the window. I live in Dallas and it doesn’t really start to get cool here until October. So, wearing a dress like this through September and even into October makes sense, you simply change your accessories a bit. For example, if I were to transition this dress into the fall I would pair it with some open-toe booties and a cognac crossbody bag. You could even layer a faux leather jacket over it if you live somewhere cooler than Dallas.
Another reason this dress needs to be a part of your wardrobe is that you can wear it anywhere! Were it to happy hour with fun heels like the ones in this post, on a date with your significant other, to church, or even to work!
