It's true, I love wearing dresses and feminine prints, but there is just something about a simple, clean black and white look. For today's outfit, I styled my go-to ankle zip pants from Banana Republic with a simple white tee with faux leather sleeves. I did add a little feminine touch with some floral flats I found for under $20! Sometimes it's fun to add a small pop of color or print to a classic look.
style tip: 1) if you're going to wear florals in the fall/winter, choose floral patterns with darker colors and undertones; save your lighter, pastel florals for warmer weather! 2) warm weather spikes in Dallas (I'm talking bursts of 70 degree weather) allow me to wear tops like this without a jacket -- if you live in a colder climate, you can still achieve this same look, but try finding sweaters or jackets with faux leather detailing instead of a short sleeve top -- I posted some links below!
