If you’ve been following along via my blog or instagram account, then you’re probably well aware that I love investing in clothing that can be worn multiple times and in multiple situations. I mean, you get more bang for your buck that way, right?
This was a harder thing to accomplish during my pregnancy, but I finally found a top that I could wear while I was pregnant and then wear as a nursing top after Abby was born. You can check out that post and shop more maternity/nursing tops here in case you missed it!
Okay, so even cooler than a maternity top that transitions into a nursing top is a top or dress that can do exactly that and triple as a baby carrier. Yes, you heard me right! There is such a thing as a dress that you can wear during your pregnancy, wear while you nurse, and carry your little in.
I’m bummed that I wasn’t introduced to this brand during my pregnancy, but I am loving my Mamaglo dress post delivery. It’s so nice to feel stylish, comfortable, and have something on that’s practical for your baby.
So, does it really work? I was asking myself that same question when I first received my dress, but it does! I’m sure you saw on instagram that my family went to the Dallas Arboretum a couple of weeks back to check out the pumpkin patch and I thought it would be the perfect time to try out my Mamaglo dress as a baby carrier. Y’all, it was awesome! It was so easy to move in and secure enough that I could chase around Emma Grace without fearing I would hurt Abigail.
I think my favorite part is that it doesn’t feel bulky when you wear it like some baby carriers do and it doesn’t overwhelm you with lengths and lengths of fabric like some baby wraps can.
