The seasons are changing, and so is my little one. It really does feel like Emma Grace was just born and then I blinked, and now she can walk, talk and wear her hair in pigtails. Wowzers. Where has the time gone? We apologize for posting our #tinytuesday post on a Friday, but if you follow us on instagram, then you probably already know that Emma has been battling a cold and double ear infection the past week. However, we are back to 100% and ready to bring you a very girly fall outfit.
We recently got to visit my parents’ lake house in Whitewater, WI, for their neighbors’ annual “Music at the Lake” concert featuring local artists AND Emma’s daddy, Travis. Because WI is slightly cooler than Texas (wink wink), we had the opportunity to try out some fall fashion. Both Emma Grace and I think vests are the perfect transitional piece for cooler weather. Vests are easy to take on and off when the temperatures are just starting to turn and when they vary only slightly from day to night. Emma paired a bright peplum sweater with a floral vests and distressed jeans. I have to admit that when I saw these jeans I couldn’t resist getting them for Emma because I have the exact same pair!
