Happy Thursday, friends!!! I don’t know about you, but I’m on a major high still from the big Cubs win last night! World Champions. World Champions, y’all!!! Even though I was born and raised in Dallas and my team is the Texas Rangers, I went to high school in Chicago and my family still lives there, so I have a special place in my heart for the Cubbies. When I started my blog awhile back, I didn’t know if there was something about my style that was uniquely “me,” and it wasn’t until this summer that I realized I do have a signature style. NOVEMBER 3: To continue on with my “what I’m grateful for” mini series, I am grateful today for answered prayers. We hosted small group last night and several people shared major life changes. It was neat to celebrate with our friends over things we have been praying for for months and even years. One of the hardest things for me is to trust God 100% and to know that his plan, not mine, is perfect. But, it’s so sweet when God is faithful and answers prayers and I love getting to celebrate with friends in those moments.
